What materials are your accessories made out of?
Our products are made out of 100% ocean-bound recycled plastic.  

Where do you source the materials?
We source the materials from one of our most amazing partners #tide ocean materials.  They pick up the plastic from Thailand, then send it to their factory in China to then be transformed into yarn to create the bracelets.   

Do you ship internationally?
No not yet, but we hope to do so in the near future.

What is your return and exchange policy?
No returns or exchanges but 100% satisfaction guarantee.  Within 30 days, if you aren't happy, send it back and we will give you your money back.   

How long will it take for my order ship?
We know you are so excited to receive your PurelyBlu bracelets in the mail, but expect 3 to 5 days for shipping. 

Do you have a damage warranty?
No problem! All of our bracelets have a 1-year warranty, which means we’ll replace the damaged item within a year from the time of purchase. To get a replacement, send us an email and send us your name, shipping address, order number (if available) and a picture of your damaged item.

Three exceptions include:

1. We can only replace the bracelet if you send us a picture of the damaged bracelet
2. If the bracelet has been cut or altered in any way, we can not replace the bracelet 
3. We are unable to replace lost or stolen items

What is jewelry care?
We want to make sure your bracelets stay as beautiful as when you receive your bracelets.  So make sure you have clean hands when putting on your bracelet, avoid using lotions or perfumes on your bracelet, and when you aren't wearing your PurelyBlu bracelet, put the bracelet in safe storage.

What if I have a wrong or missing item?
If we sent you an incorrect item in your order, sorry about that! Email ali@purelyblu.com and provide us with your name, order number and the item(s) you’re missing or received by accident. We’ll handle the issue ASAP!!

Are the bracelets waterproof?
Yes, the bracelets are naturally waterproof.  So go swim in the ocean, surf, scuba dive, or any adventure you're on!  Wearing the bracelet everyday will only advance your inner adventure and style.   

What is the bracelet size?
The bracelets are one size.  All bracelets have an adjustable slip tie.  To tighten your bracelets, pull on the string ends on each side of the slip not. To loosen them, gently pull on the middle of the bracelet knot.  Another option is that you can knot your bracelet on your wrist, so it will stay on without loosening or coming off.  

Color Variants?
We do our best when photographing our products and then display the colors and images of our products accurately on the website. However, we can’t guarantee that your computer monitors will display the same or accurate colors.
